Psychosocial support

Students’ welfare and positive personal development is a top priority of EM Normandie Oxford

Do you require support?

We know that your wellbeing is crucial to success in your personal life, your studies and your future career. We offer a comprehensive and confidential service of support and assistance that is free of charge and will help you deal with difficult periods during your time as a student with us.

Our Campus Psychologist, Dr. Olivia Quetier is available for face-to-face meetings with students 1 day each week during term time. Olivia is also in charge of assessing special educational needs requirements and adjustments.

On-site in Oxford Campus, we have a psychologist available one day per week (every wednesday) to welcome students who need to talk about their specific situation, to help them get better in terms of mental health. She is also in charge of determining specific needs for students with difficulties or disabilities.

Equal opportunities

EM Normandie UK is committed to equality by facilitating access and ensuring equal opportunities in education. It provides dedicated internal funding and actively supports student‑led social diversity projects. The School also fosters a genuinely inclusive culture and respect for differences through a wide range of awareness‑raising initiatives that promote gender equality, support diverse sexual orientations, and combat all forms of discrimination. We are committed to ensuring equitable access to our educational programmes.

Based on social, academic, and personal circumstances, we can provide financial assistance through scholarships in partnership with the EM Normandie Foundation, from  September 2025.  Upon request, we may also offer emergency financial support, such as meal vouchers and transport grants.
