Ekaterina Pirozhkova is an Assistant Professor of Finance, and she joined EM Normandie in 2024. She has a PhD in Economics from the Birkbeck College, University of London awarded in 2017. Her research covers macroeconomics, international finance and monetary policy. Ekaterina's research interests focus on macroeconomic modelling, financial intermediation, evaluation of the effects of monetary policy, and inflation targeting under uncertainty.
