Konstantin Remke is assistant professor in Entrepreneurship and he join EM Normandie in 2025. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at ESCP Business School, awarded in 2025. His research centers on circular economy, circular systems design, and sustainable business model innovation, researching change over time, as well as entrepreneurship in times of crises, with multiple peer-reviewed publications addressing systemic design, business model innovation, and rebound effects. Konstantin mainly applies Design Science Research methodology. In parallel to his academic work, Konstantin gained several years of industry experience in corporate (startup) banking, digital and sustainable innovation, as well as innovation and sustainability consulting, including roles at the startup center of Hamburger Sparkasse and in corporate development. He combines academic expertise with practical know-how to help organizations transition toward sustainable and circular business practices through both research and applied projects.
