Lynn Chahine is an assistant professor in human resource management and joined EM Normandie in 2025. Her PhD from the University of Toulouse Capitole is in Management Sciences with an emphasis in HRM awared in 2025. Lynn’s thesis focuses on the career transitions of highly skilled migrants in host countries, analyzing the interpretations these individuals have regarding their career choices, options, and outcomes. Her other research interests include International Mobility, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Talent Management and HRM in Entrepreneurship.
