Mamadou Sanoussy SOW is Assistant Professor of Strategy and Organizational Management and he joined the EM Normandie in 2023. He has a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Caen Normandy, awarded in 2022. His research interests are the temporalities of temporary agile organizations and their influence on individual and collective behavior. His publications discuss the concepts of organizational agility, individual and global time structures and organizational behavior, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. He has also coordinated a collective work on digital transformation in companies.
