EM Normandie's Master in Management now includes a Bachelor's degree
Initial Education
EM Normandie announces a key innovation by becoming the first French Grande Ecole of Management to integrate a Bachelor's degree (bac+3 degree) into its Master in Management (bac+5 degree). This new format meets the needs of both students and their families.
A signature Master in Management with a Bachelor to Master continuum which is unique in France
With this innovative approach, in place from September 2026 for new entrants to the post-baccalaureate Master in Management, EM Normandie now offers a Signature PGE (Master in Management) Track, in line with European and international standards:
- A Bachelor Grande Ecole ® degree accredited for a Bac+3 level, recognised by the french minister of education as a grade de Licence
- A Master Grande Ecole degree accredited for a Bac+5 level, recognised by the french minister of education as a grade de Master
Flexible and reassuring for students and their families, this ‘two-in-one’ Master in Management leads to a Bachelor's degree at the end of the three-year programme, with automatic admission to the Master's programme (Bac+5) at EM Normandie*.

A flexible solution to the new expectations of post-baccalaureate students
In an environment shaped by significant instability and a higher education market that is becoming increasingly complex and confusing for secondary school students and their families, faced with a profusion of courses of uneven quality, expectations in terms of post-baccalaureate guidance are changing radically. Future students are now interested in moving forward step by step, while their families are looking for recognised, reliable and meaningful career paths.
This new model meets these challenges by redefining the standards of post-baccalaureate education, based on clearer, gradual pathways that are suited to match the realities of the current job market:
- A unique entry procedure on Parcoursup, via the SESAME post-baccalaureate entrance exam
- A gradual commitment with an initial 3-year undergraduate degree
- A selective, multi-disciplinary undergraduate programme to help you define your personal and professional project and move more confidently towards Bac +5
- Enhanced support to improve employability at Bac +3 and Bac +5 levels
- Automatic continuation into a Masters* degree,
- A manageable financial investment
By integrating a Bachelor's degree at the heart of the Grande Ecole Programme, we are offering a clear and understandable continuum for all, perfectly aligned with European and international standards. EM Normandie is shaking things up by launching the first Master in Management in France to award 2 successive diplomas after 3 years of undergraduate studies and then 2 years of Master's studies. This highly flexible signature programme is designed to meet the needs of all types of student.
Explains Anne-Sophie Courtier, Dean of EM Normandie.
Bachelor's degree delivered through a double-diploma with a French university
EM Normandie is joining forces with a major French university to award the national Bachelor's degree and ECTS credits to students at the end of the undergraduate cycle (MoU currently being signed). By adopting this partnership model, EM Normandie is strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, creating lasting bridges between higher education, local and regional authorities and the socio-economic players, to provide clearer career paths, recognised degrees and a better match with the realities of the job market, in line with the guidelines set out by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
