EM Normandie renews its DD&RS label and strengthens its commitment to corporate social responsibility
EM Normandie has reached a new step in its Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility (SD&RS) approach. The school has just obtained the renewal of its DD&RS label for two years, a recognition that confirms the solidity and growing maturity of its commitment in this area.

EM Normandie is taking action to combat harassment and discrimination
EM Normandie Business School is dedicated to raising awareness and training its community to combat discrimination and sexual and gender-based violence. With departments such as "Wellbeing and Inclusion" and "Associations and Campus Life" the school is working harder than ever to promote diversity and look after the well-being of its students and employees: it joined the #StOpE initiative on 25 January 2023.

EdTechs and SD/CSR commitments at the heart of EM Normandie's strategic projects
On 15 November 2022, EM Normandie set out its roadmap for the coming months with two major innovations. Firstly, the building of its new, EdTech-based learning model to enhance the student experience, which will require significant investment, and secondly the implementation of a structured action plan to become an organisation with a positive social and environmental impact by 2030, led by the new Social and Environmental Impact Direction (DISE), which is at the heart of EM Normandie’s School for Good engagement strategy. Elian Pilvin, Dean and Director General, also presented key figures for 2022-23 and reiterated EM Normandie’s position, underlining its ambition to become the number one world-class French higher education institution for teaching and post-Baccalaureate research.

Responsibility Project: 900 students from the EM Normandie Business School Programme challenged on the UN's 17 SDGs
Responsible Project: 900 Master in Management (Programme Grande École) students worked for 3 months to draw up a diagnosis and recommendations on the integration of the SDGs within organisations committed to Sustainable Development (SD) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The Sulitest international initiative gains momentum, raising €1.5 million to launch the first international certificate for assessing Sustainable Development knowledge
The world urgently needs a paradigm shift towards sustainability, which is why the Sulitest initiative was launched in 2014 to enable higher education institutions, companies and other organisations to train future changemakers, using online tools aimed at building a sustainable world.

EM Normandie has partnered with VTE France by signing their Registration Charter for the "Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise" (VTE) Scheme offered by the Enterprise Directorate at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and Bpi France.
