Our undergraduate programme provides a comprehensive foundation in economics and management, with entry to the first year accessible upon completion of the French Baccalauréat or an internationally recognised equivalent. This foundational year is designed to equip students with core knowledge, cultivate a global perspective, and introduce them to innovative teaching methods that will support their development as professionals.
Create and defend your own entrepreneurial project with the Business Start-up project.
By working in teams and applying the various skills acquired during the first year, you will put in place all the elements necessary to create a business and submit your project to a jury of experts and professors from the School.
If you wish to go further, you can even benefit from personalised support from the EM Normandie Student Incubator.

Throughout your second year, you will undertake a year-long, credit-bearing Associations’ Project that runs alongside your academic studies. This provides a professional opportunity to apply your skills by getting involved in a cause you're passionate about. You can join an existing student association or create your own. With a wide range of groups focusing on everything from charity and cultural activities to sports, our vibrant student community offers a fantastic way to develop your leadership and project management skills while making a real impact.
Your second professional experience is an optional internship where you can choose the length that works best for you. It's a chance to build on the knowledge and skills from your first two years by carrying out real-world projects and integrating yourself as a member of a professional team.

After two years of building your foundation in economics and management, the third year is dedicated to deepening your knowledge in an international context. This year offers the opportunity for a truly immersive experience through a semester abroad at one of our partner universities or an EM Normandie international campus. You will engage with new economic and cultural environments, broaden your perspective, and enhance your language skills in a fully immersive setting. This international semester is designed to be as enriching personally as it is professionally, preparing you to enter the global business world with confidence.
Throughout your second semester of the third year, you will undertake a mandatory, credit-bearing Responsible Management Project. This initiative, sponsored by the EM Normandie Foundation and Global Compact France, challenges you to imagine and implement sustainable solutions within a company. You will be required to conduct a sustainable development diagnosis of an organization committed to the field and present your recommendations to a panel of experts. This is a professional opportunity to apply your knowledge and demonstrate that economic development and sustainability are not mutually exclusive.
For your third year, a mandatory 8-week internship serves as a final professional experience before completing your undergraduate years. This is an opportunity to act as a genuine contributor within a company by applying and mobilizing the skills you've developed over three years. You will be challenged to conceive and implement real solutions to a company's problems. You have the flexibility to complete this internship in France, any Schengen country, or any other country where you have the legal right to work.
